What kind of food does Bezan Berim serve?

Bezan Berim serves what we call nouvelle Persian cuisine. This will take a little bit of explaining…

Nouvelle cuisine is an approach to cooking and food presentation in French cuisine. It rose in popularity during the 60s and 70s in response to the traditional French haute cuisine. Where haute cuisine emphasized riche sauces, nouvelle cuisine emphasized simple flavors and fresh ingredients. Where haute cuisine required strict adherence to tradition, nouvelle cuisine emphasized endless experimentation and innovation.

At Bezan Berim, we aspire to take the same approach when it comes to traditional Persian cuisine. We utilize fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques in a way to pay homage to our roots.
